GeneralThe following are the rules or “Terms” that govern use of the IQDExchange.com website here-forth referred to as IQDE.
By using or visiting the website, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the website. IQDE reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If you violate these Terms of Use, IQDE. may terminate your use of the website, bar you from future use of the website, cancel your order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Order Processing
Once a request is submitted IQDE will immediately gather your information and email you a smart contract as well a shipping information to our office. If you have
5 million or more IQD we will send you a pre-paid FedEx label, if you have under 5 million IQD you will have to ship your dinar to our office. Your rate will be locked-in per the terms of service as long as you mail your shipment within 24 business hours. Once we receive your order it will be authenticated and verified within 3-7 business days and we will mail you a company check. This process may take up to 7-21 business days during times of high volume. Once your shipment has completed authentication/verification we will normally ship your order within 24 business hours, however it could longer during times of high volume. Please Include in your package a copy of your photo ID along with a copy of your smart-contract, also any documentation showing where you purchased it from. Failure to provide these items will result in delayed processing. IQDE can hold your funds for 60 business days once we have limited your account in case of buyer disputes.
Prices Subject to Change
IQDE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without prior notice and we do so very often.
Authenticity
Collectible banknotes have a number of security features designed to thwart counterfeiting, and we have taken steps to confirm the authenticity of your banknotes.
Circulated vs. Uncirculated
Uncirculated Iraqi Dinar is Dinar which should be in pristine condition and appear as if "fresh from the mint". Iraqi Dinar that is not in sequential order will be deemed by us as circulated. Uncirculated notes should have sharp corners and sharp edges, no bends or folds, no pen or pencil marks. The notes should look brand new. Circulated notes are generally pretty worn, have pen and pen marks and is not in pristine condition, circulated Dinar could also be Iraqi Dinar that is in pristine condition, but that is not in sequential order.
Compliance
Please include a clear photocopy of your Government issued Driver's License in your package as well as copies of your original receipts of purchase. Failure to do so will seriously delay the processing of your order. You order will not be processed until these documents are received.
Condition of Items Sold
We pay $999 per million for new, latest series print (2013-2015 series), uncirculated Iraqi Dinar and $500 per million for older print (2003 series) or circulated Iraqi Dinar. If we receive pre-2003 (Saddam) Iraqi Dinar from you it will be sent back to you at your expense. The Seller is fully responsible for making sure that they are exchanging the correct series of banknotes. We will hold you to your signed contract and all sales to us are final and non-negotiable.
Additional Terms of Service
IQDE reserves the right to cancel any order and ship your Iraqi Dinar back to you, if applicable, at any time without prior notice. By sending Iraqi Dinar to us, you hereby agree to allow IQDE to submit your name and other personal information to state, federal and international government authorities such as Interpol and United States authorizing agencies through SDN (the Specially Designated Nationals list) to meet OFAC, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and other relevant regulatory requirements. IQDE may, under certain circumstances, contact you to confirm that the information which you have provided to IQDE. is accurate or to request supplemental information and may take such other steps to assist in verification of the information you have provided to IQDE. Failure to provide such information when requested may result in the cancellation of your order. By making a purchase you agree to and are hereby bound by these Terms of Service.
DISCLAIMER
Please be advised that IQDE does not conduct foreign currency exchange or money transfer services of any kind, as defined by federal and state regulation. We do not transmit or convert money. IQDE is not an MSB. See 31 CFR 1010.100(ff). IQDE is also not a financial institution. See 31 CFR 1010.100(t). IQDE's services are limited only to collecting Iraqi Dinar.
IQDE, nor any of its affiliates, agents or representatives, is a registered investment advisor, certified financial planner or in any other way accredited as a financial consultant. IQDE is solely engaged in the business of buying Iraqi Dinar. No representation has been or is hereby made as to the likelihood of any change in the value of any of the collectibles bought by IQDE and its affiliates. Care has been undertaken to determine and insure the accuracy of the information contained herein regarding Iraqi Dinar.
